Letita "Teda" Duckett
M.S., LPCA
My approach to counseling is rooted in my belief in God’s power to bring healing, recognizing that true healing stems from embracing truth, which ultimately comes from knowing The Truth. I work with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, helping them navigate modern society while preserving the cultural values and traditions that shape their identity. In therapy, I integrate evidence-based practices with a faith-based approach, empowering clients to achieve their personal and relational goals in alignment with their values and faith.
I provide compassionate support and counseling to both men and women, focusing on young adults, individuals facing marital challenges, and those navigating the unique pressures of high-visibility roles. My clinical areas of specialization include: trauma, anxiety, depression, cultural identity concerns, relationship struggles, self-esteem issues, codependency, parenting, family dynamics, and major life transitions.
I firmly believe that everyone needs support during life’s struggles and guidance to discover pathways toward growth and fulfillment. My goal is to help each individual I work with embrace their God-given potential and live a purposeful, meaningful life.
