Lowcountry C.A.R.E.S. Ministries is a 501(c))(3) organization created in 2002 by Riverbluff Church to minister to families in need. They provide emergency assistance for basic needs (food, limited financial assistance) and provide job information along with other community services. The goal of Lowcountry C.A.R.E.S. is to not only help our hungry neighbors today, but to provide hope for tomorrow.
MISSION STATEMENT:
The mission of Lowcountry C.A.R.E.S. Ministries is to disrupt the cycle of poverty in the Tri-County Area by providing food and spiritual support while partnering with churches and community organizations.
- Lowcountry C.A.R.E.S. facilitates food distributions out in the community. Currently Food Distributions are on the 2nd Saturday of each month at 10:00 am at Oakbrook Elementary School and the 4th Saturday of each month at 10:00 am at Eagle Nest Elementary School.

HOW YOU CAN SERVE:
- Volunteer ‐ Sort and bag food during the distributions. Help is needed 9am-1pm. Anyone under 15 must have an adult chaperone.
- Donate non-perishable food. Drop off in the Ministry Center on Sundays or in the church office M-Th 9-4:30
- Donate grocery bags. Drop off in the Ministry Center on Sundays or in the church office M-Th 9-4:30
