  • Connect with others at Riverbluff—Some classes are open to everyone, while others are gender-specific.
  • Connect with God’s Word—discovering more about who He is, and who you are because you belong to Him.

We encourage you to prayerfully review the details of each class below, and ask the Lord if there is a group He has prepared just for you. We look forward to growing together in faith, connection, and understanding of God’s love!

Class Length: 9 weeks, beginning September 13, 2026

Leader: Dean Infinger

Do you sometimes wonder if there is more that God desires for you in your relationship with Him? Do you ever feel stuck, emotionally or spiritually? Sometimes the weight of those issues can define who we are, how we live our lives, and our decision-making, and negatively affect us spiritually, emotionally, mentally, relationally, and even physically. We all need to learn to care for our soul!

You’re invited to join us for the 8-week Soul Care Class based on the book Soul Care by Dr. Rob Reimer. Together, we will explore and put into practice what the Bible says about how you can experience greater measures of freedom and wholeness within your heart and soul. You will have the opportunity for significant, personal, and meaningful “ah ha” moments as you begin to “connect the dots” to what might be keeping you from experiencing God’s best for your life. And you will learn how to care for your soul in a way that makes it possible for you to experience the good God desires for your life. This class requires a commitment not just to learning the material, but putting new interpersonal and spiritual habits into practice.

The study will focus on:

  • Identity in Christ. We will examine the profound theological truths of who we are in Christ—chosen, adopted, redeemed, and sealed by the Holy Spirit. Participants will learn how to anchor their daily lives in their secure spiritual inheritance.
  • Walking in Unity and Power. We will transition from doctrine to practical application, studying how to walk worthy of our calling in our families, workplaces, and community.
  • The Armor of God: The study will culminate in a comprehensive analysis of Ephesians 6, equipping women with the spiritual tools and discernment necessary to stand firm against spiritual adversity.

THE NARROW PATH_RICH VILLODASMen’s Study – The Narrow Path

by Rich Villodas

Meets every other Wednesday at 6:30 pm  |  Room 104
Class Length: on-going, 5-session study beginning Wednesday, September 16, 2026
Class Type: Men

Material Cost: no cost, free access to RightNow Media
Leader: Gary Owens

The Narrow Path reintroduces the counterintuitive wonder of Jesus’s timeless wisdom for this age. We live in a culture that wants it all. More is seen as better—whether it’s more money, social media fame, choices, or power. For those chasing this way of life, “narrow” seems negative. Who wants to narrow their options . . . or be seen as narrow-minded?

Which is why the most well-known talk in the history of the world—the Sermon on the Mount—is also the most paradoxical one. In it, Jesus holds up the narrow path as the most spacious . . . and the broader path as the more confining one.

Rich Villodas explores what today’s broad and narrow paths look like so you can discern which one you’re on. The answer may surprise you—and will help you pursue the way of Jesus more deeply when it comes to loving God and others, prayer, sexual desire, conflict, money, anxiety, and more.
