WHAT: Join us as we partner with Oakbrook Elementary School to host a FREE “Yard Give” (reverse yard sale) to help those in need just before Christmas
WHEN:
Friday, December 12
4:00 pm-6:00 pm
Drop off donations at Oakbrook Elementary School in the BACK BUS LOOP (different location from last year).
PLEASE NOTE: We are NOT collecting donations at Riverbluff. The school is not able to accept donations earlier than December 12 at 4:00pm.
Volunteers needed to unload and sort donations.
Saturday, December 13
8:00 am-11:00 am
Yard Give in the school gym (different location from last year).
We will also have a community Food Distribution during this time. To serve with Lowcountry C.A.R.E.S. for the food distribution, please email Wynette Miller at wynettemiller@mpmcenter.org
DONATE:
• CLEAN clothing of all sizes – PLEASE PRE-BAG BY SIZE/GENDER, bags can be provided if needed
• Coats
• Toys
• Household goods
• Furniture
STUFF
We welcome donations of clothing, shoes, accessories, books, toys, sporting goods, housewares, linens, furniture, NEW toiletries (soaps, perfumes, etc.), holiday decorations. Please do not send torn or stained items, items with missing pieces, or broken items.
TIME
You are invited to Join the LoveGave Team as we partner with our OES friends to serve the community with this yard “give”.
FRIDAY, DECEMBER 12, 4-6 pm – help collect and sort donations for Love Gave at Oakbrook Elementary.
SATURDAY, DECEMBER 13, 7-9 am AND/OR 9-11:30 am – help with the YARD GIVE alongside our OES friends. Welcome and assist shoppers! Wrap gifts! Help load cars! Serve hot chocolate! And more!
NEW THIS YEAR – serve in the KIDS’ AREA! There will be a special area in the media center for the kids to enjoy a craft, storytime, and a mini-LoveGave for them to shop for their families!

GOD gives us multiple opportunities to share about the love of JESUS during and through this event. Many of those who shop at the yard-give come every year and we have gotten a chance to get to know them. Please pray for Love Gave as we seek to share the love of JESUS and shine HIS light on ALL who would come.
