Strengths of LTG's
LTG'S are FOCUSED … on the task of making and multiplying disciples. Far too often Christ followers lose sight of the prime directive that our Lord Jesus Christ gave to us just before he returned to heaven. Believers who focus on loving obedience to Jesus not only become better disciples, but make more disciples who also reproduce.
LTG's are BALANCED … on being, knowing, and doing. Believers who allow the Word of God to permeate and saturate their lives grow in their knowledge of God and biblical understanding. Confession of sin encourages personal holiness and cultivation of Christlike character. As the lives of growing disciples are transformed, they reach out to those who have not yet experienced the transforming power of Christ.
LTG's are FLEXIBLE AND ADAPTABLE … Since
the Life Transformation Group process is rooted in basic biblical principles, it can be applied very easily within any cultural context.
LTG's are REPRODUCIBLE … Lengthy training sessions are not necessary to implement Life Transformation Groups. The process is very transferable so that even new believers can effectively make and multiply disciples.
